Work as Sahayak Prabhare Adikare Karmik

  1. The Software was provided by CEO, Uttar pradesh.
  2. The Software was in control of NIC Uttar Pradesh, Its a landmark implementation.
  3. This was having three level of randomisation.
    1. First Level of Randomisation :: At DEO of the District Without the observers.
        1. Under this
    2. Second Level of Randomisation :: By the Observers present at the District
    3. Thitrd Level of Randomisation :: By the Observers present in the District.

Work as Prabhare Adikare Sankhyakeeya Soochna

There are three types of work done at Kanpur Dehat.

  1. Tabulation for RO table by the use of Computers
        1. For four vudhansabhas 8 operators are trained for four computers to be put.
        2. Excel data entry format to be used.
        3. Computer, Printer and UPS and internet connection are provided.
  2. ECI data to be sent to ECI website from RO Table
        1. http://genesys.eci.gov.in data entry has to be made with the help of authentication CDs.
        2. Round wise data has to be fed.
        3. Data entry of Trends, Winner and Final data sheet A07 and P08.
  3. Doordarshan Website data from NIC
        1. NIC site data entry has to be done with the information from RO Table.
        2. Data to be trnasmitted from NIC.
  4. MDB Transmission to ECI Delhi and CEO UP
        1. NIC has helped Election office to provide the MDB to ECI Delhi and CEO UP

Other Misc. work Directly given by DM to NIC

  1. The Nomination Scanning work was given to NIC to Scan the documents provided by contesting candidates.
  2. The Planning of movement of polling personnel was done by NIC.
  3. The guiders etc are provided by NIC to guide the polling personnel to reach the Pandals.
  4. Tabulation work of previous polls was given by DM.
  5. Polling percentage work was done by NIC.
  6. NIC has setup the Media Center at Mati to give the clear covergae of the work of elections.
