Communication Management
          

	  This module will be reponsible for communication between officers and
the polling personnels depolyed in the district of Ramabai Nagar. Hence the 
following startagy is followed which excising the deployment and other activites 
in the elections.


Whereever the name are written they are with the mobile nos at all places.
The helpline nos are provided on the duty order as well as is displayed
at various places
A call center is made with IVRS System for static Queries.
Digital Tracking  System is used to track the incidence.
Through SMS we are using Sewa  (interactive)

The Help line Number of the district is 271271 and anybody can reach DEO/District officials with the help of this number.
