There
is no institution serving the population towards technical education such as
Industrial Training Institute, Polytechnics and Engineering Colleges
etc. For technical education the students have to come to Kanpur Nagar. Roughly
85% of the population of the district is engaged in agriculture and animal
husbandry. In order to create skilled and trained work force, it is important
to open an Industrial Training Institute, which may impart specialized and
skill-oriented training programme so that the students may go for
self-employment or may be suitably absorbed in other industries in which their
skills are utilised. The department of technical education may, therefore,
consider this aspect and act accordingly.
